How to Apply

Limited slots are available. Vendors will be selected on a first come, first serve basis (pending approval).

  1. Download the vendor application and submit it along with payment to Kelley's Acres. Kelley's Acres will review each application and notify you of your acceptance. If you are not accepted as a vendor, your payment will be refunded.
  2. You must include 2 photos of your craft and 1 photo of your booth along with the completed application or your application will not be considered.
  3. You must adhere to the vendor instructions and property rules. Download Full Vendor Instructions document.
  4. Once accepted, pick up your personalized promotional flyer with your name and business. Make copies and promote!
  5. If you are food vendor entering the cookoff, download the vendor contest rules.

Vendor Instructions - Quick Reference

Vendor Fees:
General/Non-Food - $30 one day; $50 two days, Food - $50 one day; $75 two days. Checks should be made payable to Kelley’s Acres. No contract will be processed without completed application and fee. All vendors MUST have a Pennsylvania Sales Tax ID # and Certificate of insurance.

If you are a food vendor entering the cookoff, please read the vendor contest rules. The vendor contest pertins to WINGS ONLY. If you wish to enter another dish, you must submit a separate entry form. Click here for information on how to enter another dish.

Set Up:
Exhibitor set-up time is 8 a.m. on Saturday, July 23, 2005 and Sunday, July 24, 2005. All vendors MUST be set-up by 11 a.m. All tables & booths to be furnished by the exhibitor. Each vendor will be issued 2 vendor passes with each application. Any additional members required to assist in vending for the event will be required to obtain additional vending passes at $8.00 per pass for the two days. Limit of 4 vending passes per booth. All vehicles must be moved from vendor spaces by 11:00 a.m. daily. All Day Parking is available in the designated parking area. Exhibitors must stay until 9:00 p.m. on Sat. & 7:30 p.m on Sunday. Teardown begins at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday

Location:
All spaces are outdoors. Tents and Tables are the responsibility of the vendor. Electricity is not available at this time. Water can be obtained at the designated location. Event is held RAIN OR SHINE - NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS.

Booth Assignments:
BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS ARE SUBJECT AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE EVENT COMMITTEE. Every effort will be made to honor requests, however if your application is not received by the application deadline, we will not guarantee your space assignment request.

Notification:
Acceptance notification will be made within 7days after application is received. Applications must be mailed no later than July 11, 2005.

Photos:
All General and Food vendors must include 2 photos of your merchandise and 1 photo of your booth. Photos will not be returned unless a self addressed stamped envelope is included with your application. Digital pictures are encouraged.

Restrictions:

  • Vendors are NOT PERMITTED to provide children’s activities (i.e., face painting, balloon making) in their craft booth without prior approval by Event Management.
  • No selling of raffle tickets, drawings or contests is permitted at booth.
  • Vendors and business members are NOT PERMITTED to share their space with anyone else other than the party issued the permit. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Permits: Vendor permits must be displayed at your booth.

Trash:
Vendors must remove All TRASH from the event. Trash must be transported to the designated area. Any vendor leaving trash will be deleted from the mailing list and charged a fine.

Insurance:
Kelley’s Acres will not provide insurance and will not be responsible for any injury or loss associated with any vendor.
